Return & Refund Policy
We take returns when there is a genuine problem with your order. If something is wrong, we fix it.
When you can return
If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong (different item, colour or size than you ordered), tell us within 3 days of receiving it with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.
Size exchange
Ordered the wrong size? We can exchange it once if the item is unworn, unwashed and has its tags. You pay the delivery charge for size exchanges.

Replacement or refund
Once the item reaches us we replace it or refund, your choice. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bKash/Nagad or cash.
Return cost
If the problem is ours — wrong or damaged item — we cover the return cost and send the replacement free.
